The main features that we explain in this report are previous planning to include the largest possible number of voices during the deliberation process taking into consideration the diversity of gender and age of the participants; the execution of the necessary activities during the discussion, focused mainly on knowing the participants' opinions in several topics like Internet trust and data privacy; and the summary of information using the following methods; focal groups, open and closed surveys, and the field documentation. Finally, when we analyse the obtained results we could make a reflection on the event, which allowed us to conclude that the proposal of citizens' participation could be used in other topics of the national agenda to foster a policy-making process more inclusive and transparent. En este documento nos proponemos dar a conocer el Diálogo Global de Ciudadanos sobre el Futuro de Internet como una práctica novedosa de participación y mecanismo de difusión y conocimiento de temas de agenda global vinculados a la Gobernanza de Internet. Los rasgos fundamentales que explicamos en este informe son: planificación previa con el fin de poder incluir al mayor número de voces posibles durante el proceso de deliberación teniendo en cuenta la diversidad de género y edad en los participantes; ejecución de actividades necesarias durante la deliberación, enfocados principalmente en conocer la opinión de los participantes sobre temas diversos como la confianza en internet y la privacidad de datos; y la recopilación de información utilizando los siguientes métodos: los grupos focales, las encuestas abiertas y cerradas, y la documentación en el campo. Finalmente, al analizar los resultados obtenidos pudimos reflexionar sobre el evento, lo cual nos permitió llegar a la conclusión de que la propuesta de participación ciudadana podría ser utilizada en otros temas de agenda de nuestro país a fin de incentivar un diseño de políticas más inclusivo y transparente.
