| Sumario: | The Economic Sciences Faculty of Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires - FCE-UNCPBA faces all trimesters of the academic years, the difficulty of assigning classrooms to groups of students and their teachers, belonging to different courses of two university careers. The task is carried out manually, where common sense, experience, certain criteria of the employees and many hours of work, allows reaching an alternative not always satisfactory for all the parts involved.The objective is to present a structuring of the problem of allocation of classrooms in the FCE -UNCPBA from the implementation of a tool that allows us to identify and model the different perceptions of the stakeholders of the situation.In this case we used interviews as a tool for collecting information and the methodology SODA -Strategic Options Development and Analysis - to arrive at a definition of the problem by identifying the goal and the first actions. In a second work will be presented the advanced analysis of the results achieved in this first part. |
