Results: concordance values between 0.119 and 0.435; positive predictive values between 0%; and 53.6% and negative predictive values between 80.3% and 100% were obtained. The numerical pain intensity scale presented a correlation between 0.3 and 0.4 for most segments. The validation test-retest produced medium and high concordance and correlation values. In this way a Chilean version of NSQ with known psychometric standards is made available to interested parties (clinical doctors, insurers, researchers).

Objetivo: validar el apartado general del Cuestionario Nórdico Estandarizado (CNE) para la población chilena, adicionando una escala numérica de dolor. Método: se aplicóCNE, con una escala dolor adicionaday se comparó con una evaluación clínica funcional a modo de “gold standard”, en una muestra de 114 trabajadores de 6 rubros económicos. Se realizó la validación mediante test-retest para el CNE, a una sub muestra de 54 trabajadores. Resultados: se obtuvieron valores de concordancia entre 0,119 y 0, 435, valores predictivos positivos entre 0% y 53,6% y valores predictivos negativos entre 80,3% y 100%. La escala numérica de dolor presentó para la mayoría de los segmentos una correlación convalores entre 0,3 y 0,4. La validación test-retest presentó valores de concordancia y correlación medios y altos.De este modo se pone a disposición de los interesados (clínicos, aseguradores, investigadores) una versión chilena del CNE, con estándares psicométricos conocidos. A validação através do teste-teste para NSQ foi realizada em uma amostra de 54 trabalhadores. Resultados: valores de concordância entre 0.119 e 0.435; valores preditivos positivos entre 0%; e 53,6% e valores preditivos negativos entre 80,3% e 100% foram obtidos. A escala de intensidade da dor numérica apresentou correlação entre 0,3 e 0,4 para a maioria dos segmentos. O teste de validação-reteste produziu valores de concordância e correlação médios e altos. Desta forma, uma versão chilena do NSQ com padrões psicométricos conhecidos é disponibilizada para as partes interessadas (médicos clínicos, seguradoras, pesquisadores).
