The promotion and the prevention of the health are an urgent priority. It mainly assures the right to the health in the childhood, it is responsibility of all and it is the investment that each society must make to generate through the creative and productive capacity of the society everything and the young people in special, sustainable a social and human futureThe new generation of Programs of Prevention and Control of the Dengue demands changes in the management of the programs, demands changes in the profile of the programs. The strategies of control before applied no longer are applicable to the present reality, due to the changes of the situation social, demographic, economic and political of the countries. It is for that reason that stops to have success in the new programs is due to incorporate a communitarian sense with base in the appropriation of the control problem. From this work arises the present that it has like objective to determine the level of knowledge of the children of scholastic age, since the author is convinced that the continuous qualification in the classrooms, next to the already existing programs, will produce great changes for the re-emergent and easily preventives diseases.For it a previous survey was made that determined the level of knowledge of the children, and after the made factories it was come to carry out another survey of equal characteristics to first. One concludes that evidently it is begun with a high percentage of ignorance on the part of the pupils, but which through the made factories where the children are active part of such and the professionals single guides in the task, these young people acquired the knowledge and they introduced in his costume, since the second survey responds to the expectations of the author widely It is through the present work that confirms the necessity of a change of strategies in the programs of scholastic health, where this must be united of systematic and continuous way to all the other programs of prevention. It is essential to use the communitarian participation and the education in health outside the epidemics and emergencies to be able to maintain with successes the results during the same ones Education continues in form of factories in the scholastic population, like way of promotion and prevention of the transmissible diseases. The solution for the disease of the Dengue and therefore other transmissible ones is to aim towards a holística vision in the promotion, a glance that promotes changes of behaviors, non single in the community but also, in the way as the programs of prevention and control are being carried out.

Dengue: Determinar el nivel de Conocimientos de los niños de 6to Grado de las Escuelas Municipales de la Ciudad de Córdoba. Perspectivas para la Prevención.El Dengue es un problema creciente de salud mundial, donde solo en la región de las Américas circulan los cuatro serotipos del dengue; y donde es probable que la magnitud del problema del dengue / dengue hemorrágico, siga aumentando, debido al alarmante aumento del vector: Aedes Aegypti.La promoción y la prevención de la salud es una prioridad impostergable. Asegura el derecho a la salud sobre todo en la infancia, es responsabilidad de todos y es la inversión que cada sociedad debe hacer para generar a través de la capacidad creadora y productiva de la sociedad toda y de los jóvenes en especial, un futuro social y humano sostenible.La nueva generación de Programas de Prevención y Control del Dengue demanda cambios en la gestión de los programas, demanda cambios en el perfil de los programas. Las estrategias de control antes aplicadas ya no son aplicables a la realidad actual, debido a los cambios de la situación social, demográficos, económicos y políticos de los países. Es por ello que para tener éxito en los nuevos programas se debe incorporar un sentido comunitario con base en la apropiación del problema de control. De esto surge el presente trabajo que tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento de los niños de edad escolar, ya que el autor está convencido que la capacitación continua en las aulas, junto a los programas ya existentes producirán grandes cambios para las enfermedades re-emergentes y fácilmente prevenibles.Para ello se realizó una encuesta previa que determinó el nivel de conocimiento de los niños, y luego de los talleres realizados se procedió a efectuar otra encuesta de iguales características a la primera. Se concluye que evidentemente se comienza con un alto porcentaje de desconocimiento por parte del alumnado, pero que a través de los talleres realizados donde los niños son parte activa de los mismos y los profesionales solo guías en la tarea, estos jóvenes adquirieron el conocimiento y lo introdujeron en su acerbo, ya que la segunda encuesta responde ampliamente a las expectativas del autor.Es a través del presente trabajo que se confirma la necesidad de un cambio de estrategias en los programas de salud escolar, donde esta tiene que estar unida de manera sistemática y continua a todos los demás programas de prevención. Es imprescindible utilizar la participación comunitaria y la educación en salud fuera de las epidemias y emergencias para poder sostener con éxitos los resultados durante las mismas.Educación continúa en forma de talleres en la población escolar, como manera de promoción y prevención de las enfermedades transmisibles.La solución para la enfermedad del Dengue y por ende otras transmisibles es apuntar hacia una visión holística en la promoción, una mirada que promueve cambios de comportamientos, no solo en la comunidad sino también, en la manera como los programas de prevención y control están siendo llevados a cabo.
