These constitute the unit of analysis that is chosen, and will be understood as civil society organizations. From this case study will demonstrate that entities existing fomentistas during the Peronist years maintained its flagship activities, peronism not occluded that dynamic civil but sought to control and regulate it legally, also got peronizar some of them but did not take place as well with organizations that peronism terminals were formed over the years. Moreover, these grew geometrically over the posperonismo. On the basis of journalistic sources, assembly records and interviews with vecinalistas that they were the genesis of the movement in 1954, he realizes the defense of autonomy and efforts at co-opting municipal in Rio Cuarto, a city in southern Cordoba. Este artículo se propone analizar la relación que el peronismo local estableció con las asociaciones de base. Éstas constituyen la unidad de análisis elegida, y serán entendidas como organizaciones de la sociedad civil. A partir de este estudio de caso se demostrará que las entidades fomentistas existentes durante los años peronistas mantuvieron sus actividades emblemáticas, el peronismo no ocluyó esa dinámica civil pero buscó controlarla y regularla jurídicamente, además consiguió peronizar algunas de ellas pero no ocurrió así con las organizaciones que se constituyeron en los años terminales del peronismo. Más aún, éstas crecieron geométricamente durante el posperonismo. Sobre la base de las fuentes periodísticas, de actas asamblearias y de las entrevistas a vecinalistas que protagonizaron la génesis del movimiento en 1954, se da cuenta de la continuidad de la práctica fomentista así como las diferencias que marcaron al nuevo vecinalismo en Río Cuarto, una ciudad del sur cordobés.
