Based on the archaeological survey work and in crossover with interviews carried out with survivors between 2014 and 2019, the reconstruction of the use of the facilities of the old mill as part of the CCD was addressed. Based on the work with testimonies from survivors, a new space was discovered that was used as part of the CCD; Based on this, indicative tests were carried out to reveal latent blood using the Bluestar® Forensic Magnum reagent to determine the presence of blood in that place.

La base de Santa Lucía, Dpto. Monteros, Tucumán funcionó como centro clandestino de detención (CCD) entre febrero de 1975 y 1982. Por el mismo pasaron cientos de pobladores y sus familias, en su gran mayoría ex trabajadores del ingenio Santa Lucía y de las colonias azucareras vinculadas al mismo. A partir de los trabajos de relevamiento arqueológico y en cruce con entrevistas realizadas a sobrevivientes entre el año 2014 y 2019, se abordó la reconstrucción del uso de las instalaciones del antiguo ingenio como parte del CCD. En base al trabajo con testimonios de sobrevivientes se conoció un nuevo espacio que fue utilizado como parte del CCD; en función de ello, se llevaron a cabo ensayos orientativos para revelar sangre latente utilizando el reactivo Bluestar® Forensic Magnum para la determinación de presencia de sangre en ese lugar. A partir de esta experiencia, queremos aportar a la reflexión sobre el aporte del uso de este tipo de determinaciones en espacios que fueron utilizados en contextos de violencia política para la detención clandestina de individuos y otros dispositivos funcionales al terrorismo de estado. A base de Santa Lucía, no Departamento de Monteros, Tucumán, foi usada como um centro de detenção clandestino (CCD) entre fevereiro de 1975 e 1982. Centenas de habitantes e suas famílias, em sua maioria ex-trabalhadores da usina de açúcar Santa Lucía e das colônias de açúcar ligadas a ela, passaram pelo centro. Com base na pesquisa arqueológica e em entrevistas com sobreviventes entre 2014 e 2019, reconstruímos o uso das instalações da antiga usina de açúcar como parte do CCD. Com base no trabalho com os depoimentos dos sobreviventes, foi descoberto um novo espaço que era usado como parte do CCD; com base nisso, foram realizados testes orientativos para revelar sangue latente usando o reagente Bluestar® Forensic Magnum para determinar a presença de sangue nesse local. A partir dessa experiência, queremos contribuir para a reflexão sobre a contribuição do uso desse tipo de determinação em espaços que foram usados em contextos de violência política para a detenção clandestina de indivíduos e outros dispositivos funcionais ao terrorismo de Estado.
