That profile will be strongly defined by the characteristics and quality of the teaching and learning process developped by each institution. And the blended-learning strategy between teaching modalities will surely have quite an incidence, as it will do its extent, intensity, pedagogic convenience, and the phase of the training process where it is introduced. En este breve artículo, el autor aporta algunas reflexiones para repensar el perfil de Universidad que se debiera ir definiendo desde ya para después de la pandemia. Ese perfil estará fuertemente definido por las características y calidad del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje que cada institución logre desarrollar. Entre otros factores, en ello tendrá seguramente una ponderable incidencia la estrategia de hibridación entre modalidades que se adopte, así como su alcance, intensidad, conveniencia pedagógica, y momento o fase del proceso de formación en que se introduzca o trabaje. Neste breve artigo, o autor traz algumas reflexões para repensar o perfil da universidade que deve ser definido agora para o pós-pandemia. Este perfil será fortemente definido pelas características e qualidade do processo de ensino e aprendizagem que cada instituição consegue desenvolver. Entre outros fatores, a estratégia de hibridização entre as modalidades adotada, bem como sua abrangência, intensidade, conveniência pedagógica e momento ou fase do processo de formação em que é introduzida ou trabalhada, certamente terá uma incidência considerável.
