Sumario:The article presents an interpretative reading of the productions of the intellectual formation Carta Abierta (2008-2019), whose emergence was associated with an agonal climate in the argentine political situation. We will argue that it is possible to identify discursive regularities in their texts over the years. The aim of the writing will be to show it and then link them with the national-popular tradition. For this, we propose four moments: i- the emergence of the space; ii- a transversal review in his letters of the problem of hegemony; iii- the identification of their discursive regularities; iv- the relationship of these regularities with the national-popular tradition. In the final reflections, we propose a discussion, emerging from the previous analyzes, on the use of the concept of hegemony in Carta Abierta.
