In the extensive part of the text we will try to expose some of the educational policies defined by the nation and the province for the Non-University Higher Level, which, in the case of provincial measures, accompanied and followed the provisions taken at the federal level. The description and analysis will seek to show how the educational policy sought to organize education and promote the pedagogical continuity of the educational service in Higher Education Institutes. The measures established for the training system were defined and implemented according to the evolution of the epidemiological situation in the province, with no previous experience or regulatory framework on which to support the measures tested. En el presente trabajo se abordarán algunas de las políticas educativas que se definieron para la Educación Superior No Universitaria en la provincia de Catamarca en el año 2020, período en el que el país fuera azotado por la pandemia causada por el Covid- 19, lo cual obligó a que el servicio educativo se llevara a cabo a través de la mediación tecnológica en todos los niveles del sistema. En lo extensivo del texto se buscará exponer algunas de las políticas educativas definidas por la nación y la provincia para el Nivel Superior No Universitario, las que, en el caso de las medidas provinciales, acompañaron y acataron las disposiciones tomadas a nivel federal. Desde la descripción y el análisis se buscará mostrar de qué modo desde la política educativa, se buscó organizar la educación y propiciar la continuidad pedagógica del servicio educativo en los Institutos Superiores. Las medidas establecidas para el sistema formador, se fueron definiendo y poniendo en marcha según evolucionaba el cuadro epidemiológico en la provincia, no disponiéndose de experiencia ni de un marco normativo previo, sobre el cual respaldar las medidas ensayadas.
