It seeks to advance from the biographical construction of the cha- racter in the framework of collaborative research with the archaeological recovery of his most important work: his Primera Argentina lime factory and on that basis reflect on the interdisciplinary nature of historical archaeology. The activities carried out come from the interdisciplinary project “Bialet Massé. Cultural heritage, tourism development and local identity” (Framework Agreement for Assistance and Cooperation entered into between the Municipality of Bialet Massé and the Faculty of Applied Sciences for the Systematic Study of Tourism and Population of the University of Morón- 2000-2004). El presente trabajo consiste en presentar resultados y propuestas metodológicas vinculadas a las experiencias llevadas a cabo en la recuperación del patrimonio material e inmaterial que confiere carácter identitario a la localidad de Bialet Massé, provincia de Córdoba. Se busca avanzar desde la construcción biográfica del personaje en el marco de la investigación colaborativa con la recuperación arqueológica de su obra más importante: su fábrica calera Primera Argentina y sobre esa base reflexionar sobre el carácter interdisciplinario de la arqueología histórica. Las actividades desarrolladas provienen del Proyecto de Investigación Inter-disciplinar “Bialet Massé. Patrimonio cultural, desarrollo turístico e identidad local” (Acuerdo Marco de Asistencia y Cooperación celebrado entre la Municipalidad de Bialet Massé y la Facultad de Ciencias Aplicadas al Estudio Sistemático del Turismo y la Población de la Universidad de Morón- 2000-2004). O presente trabalho consiste em apresentar resultados e propostas metodológicas vinculadas às experiências realizadas na recuperação do patrimônio material e imaterial que confere um caráter identitário ao município de Bialet Massé, província de Córdoba. Procura avançar desde a construção biográfica do personagem no marco de uma pesquisa colaborativa com a recuperação arqueológica de sua obra mais importante: sua fábrica de cal Primera Argentina e a partir daí refletir sobre o caráter interdisciplinar da arqueologia histórica. As atividades desenvolvidas são provenientes do Projeto de Pesquisa Interdisciplinar “Bialet Massé. Património cultural, desenvolvimento turístico e identidade local” (Convénio Quadro de Assistência e Cooperação celebrado entre o Município de Bialet Massé e a Faculdade de Ciências Aplicadas para o Estudo Sistemático do Turismo e da População da Universidade de Morón- 2000-2004).
