First, we consider some of the mechanisms by which the provincial authorities managed the health emergency by deepening the processes of super-exploitation among the nursing staff inserted in the anti-covid19 public system in the city of Córdoba. Then, we analyze a protest held on October 20th, 2020, which mobilized nurses of the Rawson Hospital, a well- known medical institution of the local Health Pole. Then we consider Javier Auyero's contributions (2002a and b) to show that, although the unfavorable working conditions prevailing in the sector are the basis of the conflict, in order to understand how this collective action arose, its internal dynamics and meaning, it is necessary to consider its previous associative networks, the change in the structure of political opportunities and the use of resources. We carried out a quantitative and qualitative research, using semi-directed interviews with nursing professionals, provincial statistics collected from more than two hundred self-completed questionnaires and an analysis of the data gathered in the local daily digital press. Con base en un proyecto más amplio que indaga discursos, representaciones y prácticas en la enfermería durante la pandemia por Covid19, nos focalizamos en la eclosión de acciones beligerantes surgidas en Córdoba durante los momentos más críticos de la primera ola epidémica. Primero, consideramos algunos mecanismos por los cuales las autoridades provinciales gestionaron la emergencia sanitaria profundizando procesos de superexplotación entre el personal de enfermería inserto en el sistema público anticovid19 de la Cuidad de Córdoba. Luego, analizamos una protesta que el 20 de octubre de 2020 movilizó a enfermeras del Hospital Rawson, nosocomio de referencia del Polo Sanitario local. Seguimos los aportes de Javier Auyero (2002a y b) para demostrar que, si bien en la base del conflicto se encuentran las desfavorables condiciones de trabajo imperantes en el sector, para comprender cómo surgió esta acción colectiva, su dinámica interna y significado es preciso considerar sus redes asociativas previas, el cambio en la estructura de oportunidades políticas y los recursos movilizados. Trabajamos con metodologías cuantitativas y cualitativas, utilizando entrevistas semi-dirigidas a profesionales de la enfermería, estadísticas provinciales recolectadas en más de doscientos cuestionarios autocumplimentados y un análisis de contenido de la prensa digital diaria local.
