It was prepared on the basis of information obtained from a survey carried out collaboratively between the Provincial Directorate of Social Economy, Family Farming and Entrepreneurship of the Government of the Province of Santa Fe, the Association Council of the Province of Santa Fe and the Cooperative Institute of Higher Education (ICES). On this basis, the main conclusions related, on the one hand, to sizing the presence of women in the cooperatives and mutuals of Santa Fe, in particular, in government tasks, are presented. On the other hand, to describe both the perception of the role of women in these entities and the need to have gender policies. El presente artículo sintetiza los resultados de un informe relativo a la participación de las mujeres en cooperativas y mutuales de la provincia de Santa Fe. Fue elaborado sobre la base de información obtenida de una encuesta realizada colaborativamente entre la Dirección Provincial de Economía Social, Agricultura Familiar y Emprendedorismo del Gobierno de la Provincia de Santa Fe, el Consejo de Asociativismo de la Provincia de Santa Fe y el Instituto Cooperativo de Enseñanza Superior (ICES). Sobre esa base, se presentan las principales conclusiones vinculadas a, por un lado, dimensionar la presencia de las mujeres en las cooperativas y mutuales de Santa Fe, en particular, en las tareas de gobierno. Por otro lado, a describir tanto la percepción sobre el rol de las mujeres en esas entidades como la necesidad de diagramar políticas de género.    Facultad de Humanidades y Artes.
