It is through a decolonial perspective that light is shed on current paradigms to understand, from a sociological, political and legal perspective, how these labor strategies and demands are configured and impact social reality. This article is part of a broader research and production work, constituting a degree thesis for the Social Work degree at UNR. Este trabajo propone una breve reconstrucción del proceso de sindicalización de las trabajadoras sexuales de la ciudad de Rosario en la organización AMMAR (Asociación de Mujeres Meretrices de Argentina) y un análisis de las estrategias para el reconocimiento del trabajo sexual gestadas desde los inicios del sindicato hasta el año 2022. Es a través de una perspectiva decolonial que se echa luz sobre los paradigmas vigentes para entender, desde una perspectiva sociológica, política y jurídica, cómo se configuran y repercuten en la realidad social aquellas estrategias y demandas laborales. Dicho artículo es parte de un trabajo de investigación y producción más amplio, constituyéndose en tesina de grado de la carrera de Trabajo Social de la UNR. Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
