Therefore, in view of the controversial way in which the government took effect, it approaches the premises that ideologically guided the government as the concrete political actions used as a strategy for the deposition of Dilma Rousseff. The measures adopted around social protection policies, on the one hand, and state reform, on the other, reconfigured the citizen status in Brazil, endangering constitutional and political achievements from other periods. Thus, it is a condition of regression and strengthening of conservative precepts of neoliberal inspiration that cohabit the national scene since the 1980s. Este artículo tiene como objetivo principal analizar el gobierno interino de Temer a la luz de los supuestos conservadores y la adhesión a la visión mercantil que marcó el desempeño durante el período en que ocupó la Presidencia de la República. Por lo tanto, en vista de la controvertida forma en que el gobierno entró en vigor, el trabajo aborda las premisas que ideológicamente guiaron al gobierno y las acciones políticas concretas utilizadas como estrategia para la deposición de Dilma Rousseff. Las medidas adoptadas en torno a las políticas de protección social, por un lado, y la reforma del Estado, por otro, reconfiguraron la condición de ciudadano en Brasil, poniendo en riesgo los logros constitucionales y políticos de otros períodos. Por lo tanto, es una condición de regresión y fortalecimiento de los preceptos conservadores de inspiración neoliberal que conviven en el escenario nacional desde la década de 1980. O presente artigo tem como objetivo principal analisar o governo interino de Temer à luz das premissas conservadoras e de adesão à visão mercadológica que marcaram a atuação no período em que ocupou a Presidência da República. Para tanto, tendo em vista a forma controversa pela qual o governo se efetivou, aborda as premissas que nortearam ideologicamente o governo como as ações políticas concretas utilizadas como estratégia para a deposição de Dilma Rousseff. As medidas adotadas em torno das políticas de proteção social, por um lado, e a reforma do Estado, por outro, reconfiguraram a condição cidadã no Brasil, colocando em risco conquistas constitucionais e políticas advindas de outros períodos. Configura-se, pois, uma condição de retrocesso e de fortalecimento dos preceitos conservadores de inspiração neoliberal que coabitam o cenário nacional desde a década de 1980.
