From that basis it is proposed to establish a channel of dialogue with other experiences of the type in Argentina and with the influence of the Cortes of Cádiz and the Cadiz constitution of 1812. Issues related to ownership, territorialization, fragmentation and representation of sovereignties are studied. Two key moments in the performance of this magistracy in the Puna are analyzed: first, conflicts with the Jujuy cabildo during the 1820 decade and, second, the gravitation of the federal system in the 1840s. Este estudio se centra en el análisis de una figura central de gobierno de la región de la Puna, en la provincia de Jujuy, entre 1825 y 1853: los subdelegados. Desde esa base se propone establecer un canal de diálogo con otras experiencias del tipo en la Argentina y con el influjo de las Cortes de Cádiz y la constitución gaditana de 1812. Se abordan cuestiones ligadas a la titularidad, territorialización, fragmentación y representación de las soberanías en juego en la jurisdicción estudiada. Se analizan dos momentos claves del desempeño de esta magistratura en la Puna que revelan, en primer término, los conflictos con el cabildo de Jujuy durante la década de 1820 y, en segundo término, la gravitación del sistema federal en los años de 1840. Este estudo se concentra na análise de uma figura do governo central na região de Puna, na província de Jujuy, entre 1825 e 1853: os subdelegados. A partir desta base, propõe-se estabelecer um canal de diálogo com outras experiências do tipo na Argentina e com a influência dos Tribunais de Cádiz e da constituição de Cádiz de 1812. São abordados temas relacionados à propriedade, territorialização, fragmentação e representação de soberanias . em jogo na jurisdição estudada. São analisados dois momentos-chave da atuação dessa magistratura na Puna que revelam, primeiro, os conflitos com o município de Jujuy durante a década de 1820 e, segundo, a gravitação do sistema federal na década de 1840.
