We argue that the Peronist political experience in the national territories enabled new forums for discussing decisions adopted by the national state and legitimized the use of rights-based language that was in tune with the party's ideology. Specifically, we focus on the letters and telegrams that describe the demands, needs and resistance to the designation of authorities to occupy the governorship during the process of political and institutional organization of the national territory. En este artículo se estudian las acciones de comunicación escrita desarrolladas por los sectores políticos y sindicales de La Pampa para demandar la intervención de Perón y Eva en la gestión de los espacios extraprovinciales. Sostenemos que la experiencia política peronista en los territorios nacionales habilitó nuevas instancias para discutir las decisiones adoptadas desde el Estado nacional y legitimó la utilización de un lenguaje de derechos que sintonizaba con el ideario del partido. Específicamente, nos enfocamos en las cartas y telegramas que describen las pretensiones, necesidades y resistencias que provocaba la designación de autoridades para ocupar la Gobernación durante el proceso de organización política e institucional del territorio nacional. Este artigo examina as ações de comunicação escrita levadas a cabo por setores políticos e sindicais em La Pampa para exigir a intervenção de Perón e Eva na gestão dos espaços extraprovinciais. Defendemos que a experiência política peronista nos territórios nacionais possibilitou novos fóruns de discussão das decisões adotadas pelo Estado nacional e legitimou o uso de uma linguagem de direitos em sintonia com a ideologia do partido. Especificamente, focamo-nos nas cartas e telegramas que descrevem as reivindicações, necessidades e resistências à nomeação de autoridades para o governo durante o processo de organização política e institucional do território nacional.
