We examine the development of the trades union organization, the reasons of the strikes, the fractions that led them and the geographical distribution of the conflicts. For this purpose, we consulted local and national press. In this sense this paper contributes to the knowledge of the Argentine proletariat between the 1930’s crisis and the emergence of Peronism. El presente artículo reconstruye las luchas gremiales en la provincia de Entre Ríos duranteel periodo 1930-1943. En base a un amplio relevamiento empírico se analiza la evolución de los conflictos, los motivos de las huelgas, las fracciones en lucha y la distribución geográfica delos conflictos. En este sentido se aporta al conocimiento del proletariado argentino en el período que va entre la crisis de 1930 y el surgimiento del peronismo.
