The proper manipulation of the concept of "security", united to a well structured internal system of social control, supports the interest of the United States leader aristocracy by justifying at every time the violent actions of this country against to its so called "enemies". Opposite to this situation, it is well known the existence of the inner and external critics of the United States, who systematically and continously attack the actions of this country's governing elite. Nevertheless, the response of the government of the United States to this phenomenon has been the supervision and control of the inner critics through the intelligence espionage agencies, and as well as through the Department of Homeland Security, created byGeorge W.Bush in 2002.
