In this contextof change, whose principle characteristic is themajor increase in outsourcing, it is possible toperceive that the increase in the number ofjobs did not bring with it general improvementsin work conditions. This situation has broughtabout a redefinition of union struggles andactions. Finally, we point out some possiblechanges in this scenario recently.
