Observations of intergalactic HI in groups of southern galaxies

We started a program for searching HI in the intergalactic medium and in the direction to two groups of galaxies: NGC 5128 and NGC 6300. The minimum detectable mass in each group will be 5.8 x 10⁷ and 5.2x10⁸ solar masses respectively.
