Sumario:Let's sense beforehand here an analysis that returns to look at the formulations curriculares as public policies, approaching on one hand the formation that our University and the Jurisdiction offer Cordova in his ISFD and for other one, the regulation curricular that has been established for the Secondary Level in our Province, always in the field of the historical knowledge. In the paper we propose an Introduction referred to regulatory scope of curricular formulations, in the second section, we analyze the logic of the (university, school and higher) levels and in the following we focus on the case study of the content of American History both at the university level and in the ESNU.The new / old questions have to see with in what measure are indispensable entails recognized between three formats Top education, University, Average Level?
