Sumario:This paper spouted of the investigation project (I.P) called “The Scholastic Supervisor: between publics’ policy and educative practices”. This I.P has been realized since a comprehensive theorist and methodologist approach, it rendered possible the interpretation of some significant situations relatives to the daily director and supervisor’s practice. The paper development pretends expose how in the educative field, the director uses different strategies originated in a double interest. On the one hand accumulate specific capital and procure a better position on the educative field; and on the other get a better position on the field to try a reconverting strategy to enter in supervisor’s field. In this field the director play another game, with other strategies and in a better position in the global field. The analysis is realized from Pierre Bourdieu‘s theorist category by the objective of provide significances to “the game” that gives shape to the directive works ant its relationships with others educative agents.
