It focuses on the changes occurred and its respective consequences in both the social and political fields.Such changes -linked to profound mutations in the world of labour, and the fragmentation and weakening of trade unions-are making workers to head up through a path of uncertainty and disquiet for the present they live in and the future to come.Amid this confusion two things seem quite clear: Firstly, the growing difficulty the Peronist trade unions have encompassing and representing a collective of workers that is completely fragmented and decoupled among them. Secondly, that that same working class (formal and informal), is not heading to the heaven, rather getting more and more closer to hell. El presente trabajo es un recorrido por el devenir en estas cuatro décadas de democracia, del mundo del trabajo, de los trabajadores y de sus organizaciones, y particularmente aquellas ligadas al peronismo, observando los cambios que se produjeron y las consecuencias que los mismos provocaron en el plano social y político.Consecuencias estas, que, ligadas a las profundas mutaciones del mundo del trabajo, sumado a la fragmentación y debilidad de las organizaciones que representan a los trabajadores para garantizar los derechos a sus representados ante los nuevos desafíos que se presentan, hacen que los trabajadores transiten un camino de incertidumbre y de desasosiego por el presente que les toca vivir y el futuro por venir. En medio de esta confusión dos cosas aparecen con cierta claridad. La primera tiene que ver con la creciente dificultad que tiene el sindicalismo peronista no solo para abarcar y representar al a un colectivo trabajador hoy fuertemente fragmentado y disociado entre sí; y la segunda cosa clara es que esa misma clase trabajadora, tanto la que está registrada como la que forma parte de la informalidad, no va camino al paraíso, por el contrario, está cada vez más cerca del infierno.
