Sumario:The present work is a journey through the four decades of democracy, the world of labour, the workers, and their organizations, particularly those closely tied to Peronism. It focuses on the changes occurred and its respective consequences in both the social and political fields.Such changes -linked to profound mutations in the world of labour, and the fragmentation and weakening of trade unions-are making workers to head up through a path of uncertainty and disquiet for the present they live in and the future to come.Amid this confusion two things seem quite clear: Firstly, the growing difficulty the Peronist trade unions have encompassing and representing a collective of workers that is completely fragmented and decoupled among them. Secondly, that that same working class (formal and informal), is not heading to the heaven, rather getting more and more closer to hell.
