The teaching process and its didactic configurations (selection of contents, communication strategies, resources, methodological construction, teacher-student relationship) undergo a constant redefinition process to attain the appropriate training objectives. The aim of this paper is to share teaching experiences when facing the adaptations and changes in didactic configurations for university courses as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and the consequent need for pedagogical continuity in virtual environments. Teaching practices became an object of reflection and knowledge production intended to improve educational quality taking into account students’ assessment of the process towards what emerged to be the new normal in education La finalidad de la enseñanza universitaria no es solo transmitir una serie de conocimientos sino, más bien, formar profesionales que puedan dar respuestas a las problemáticas que se manifiestan en la sociedad actual. El proceso de enseñanza y sus configuraciones didácticas (selección de contenidos, estrategias de comunicación, recursos, construcción metodológica, relación profesor–estudiante) se encuentran en redefinición permanente para alcanzar los objetivos de formación adecuados. El propósito de este trabajo es dar a conocer la experiencia docente acerca de los cambios y adecuaciones implementados en las configuraciones didácticas en cátedras de nivel superior frente a la emergencia de la pandemia por COVID–19 y la necesidad de mantener la continuidad pedagógica a través de la virtualidad. Para ello, se convirtieron las prácticas en objeto de reflexión y producción de saberes con el propósito de mejorar la enseñanza incorporando también la valorización de los estudiantes respecto del proceso hacia lo que parece ser la nueva normalidad en educación.
