Especially, we focus on investigating the dynamics that have allowed its operation; the agreements with other sectors and actors, the relationships established by the university with the requesting entity, the operation of the team; among others. We question ourselves about the complexities of the interaction in the implementation of actions through a wide network of agents and institutions involved that includes different visions and conceptions. To do this, we start from a situated analysis that understands transference as a complex process that is not always built in a fluid and harmonious way, which allows us to conclude with the limitations and potentialities of the experience. En el presente artículo analizamos los procesos de transferencia tecnológica y social a partir de la experiencia de generación de una marca asociativa, que se llevó a cabo de forma articulada entre la Universidad, un municipio local, el Instituto de Tecnología Industrial, el Club de Emprendedores y con un colectivo de emprendedores/as. Especialmente, nos centramos en indagar sobre las dinámicas que han permitido su funcionamiento; los acuerdos con otros sectores y actores, las relaciones que establece la universidad con la entidad demandante, el funcionamiento del equipo; entre otros. Nos interrogamos sobre las complejidades de la interacción en la puesta en marcha de acciones a través de una amplia red de agentes e instituciones involucradas que comprende diferentes visiones y concepciones. Para ello, partimos de un análisis situado que entiende a la transferencia como un proceso complejo que no siempre se construye de forma fluida y armónica, que nos permite concluir con las limitaciones y potencialidades de la experiencia.
