The interview includes a presentation of the interviewee, a characterization of the processes she accompanies, based on the metaphor of the journey through a labyrinth, which allows each person to be the interpreter of his or her own life. Particularly, she describes the Release practice on which she relies, the difficulties encountered by those who practice it and the way in which she positions herself to carry out this accompaniment, through the image of "edge". She refers to the way in which she came to shape that role by “letting go” and giving rise to the uniqueness of each being, performing within herself the process she seeks to accompany in others. She refers to her own difficulties in that construction and the way in which she fine-tuned her own listening to become an interpreter. She concludes by referring to the contributions that being an interpreter could represent for a trainer, in the way she understands the concept. Entrevistamos a Melina Seldes, artista que se dedica a la formación entendida como desarrollo personal. La entrevista incluye una presentación de la entrevistada, una caracterización de los procesos que acompaña, a partir de la metáfora del recorrido por un laberinto, que le permite a cada quien ser intérprete de su propia vida. Describe especialmente la práctica de Release sobre la que se apoya, las dificultades que encuentran aquellos a quienes acompaña y el modo en que se posiciona para llevar a cabo ese acompañamiento, a través de la imagen de «borde». Se refiere al modo en que llegó a darle forma a ese rol «soltando lo propio» y dando lugar a la singularidad de cada sujeto en formación, haciendo con ella misma el proceso que busca acompañar en otros. Refiere a sus propias dificultades en esa construcción y al modo en que afinó su propia escucha para lograr ser intérprete. Concluye refiriendo a los aportes que podría representar para un formador, el ser intérprete, del modo en que ella lo comprende.
