| Sumario: | The book integrates the different dimensions of university extension. It combines a historical overview with recent developments in national regulations and particularly those of the University of Buenos Aires, drawing on the authors’ deep knowledge from their active participation in key debates. The work rigorously explores the thinking of experiential education theorists, highlighting service-learning and community-based social research through participatory action research. Alongside these contents, it offers a methodological development of extension projects, including concrete operational tools. The book also presents the validation and implementation of a scale to measure student attitudes and satisfaction in curricularized practices. Emphasis is placed on integral learning and the development of social skills, culminating in the presentation of consolidated educational social practice experiences at the UBA. |
