The object of the research project in which it is included, is to design and materialize processes of professional training for municipal officers with institutional responsibilities to update their knowledge on those issues. The aspects we developed point to specific areas of interest, among which concepts on teaching and learning, professional training processes and its relation with pedagogic tools. The main conceptual lines in urbanism are also stated, as well as the relationship between the proposal with professionalism and the ethic issues. El presente trabajo articula una serie de reflexiones sobre aspectos didácticos relevantes en procesos de formación sobre cuestiones urbano–territoriales en ámbitos no académicos para alumnos calificados, esto es, con diversos niveles de formación previa. La finalidad del proyecto de investigación en el cual se inscribe es generar y concretar procesos de actualización profesional para funcionarios municipales con tareas de responsabilidad institucional en dichas temáticas. Los aspectos que se desarrollan apuntan a acotados temas de interés, entre ellos concepción de enseñanza y aprendizaje, procesos de formación profesional y su relación con dispositivos pedagógicos. También se puntualizan los principales ejes conceptuales en urbanismo y se plantea la relación de toda la propuesta con la cuestión ética y el profesionalismo.
