In October 2011, at the request of a group of citizens from different social context, 180 complaints were presented at several police stations in Montevideo involving cases of human rights violation. United under two slogans : “I take responsibility” and “Present charges for all” the actions defied hegemonic forms of protest construction and production of speeches on historical memory. We analyze the persistence of ambivalence between speeches and actions carried out under the banner of truth, justice and reparation, from a concrete case study, which allowed the production of new forms, sensitivities and counter senses. Los treinta años que transcurrieron desde el fin de la dictadura cívico militar (1973-1985) en Uruguay, estuvieron marcados por los obstáculos para el juzgamiento de los crímenes cometidos durante el terrorismo de Estado. En octubre de 2011, a instancias de un colectivo ciudadano de diversas pertenencias sociales, se presentaron en las comisarías de Montevideo 180 denuncias sobre casos de violación a los derechos humanos. Convocados bajo dos consignas: “Yo me hago cargo” y “Denunciá por todos”, esas acciones desafiaron formas hegemónicas de construcción reivindicativa y producción de discursos sobre la memoria histórica. Nos proponemos analizar la persistencia de ambivalencias entre discursos y acciones que se desarrollan bajo la consigna de Verdad, Justicia y Reparación, a partir de un análisis concreto de caso, que permitió la producción de nuevas formas, sensibilidades y sentidos contrahegemónicos.
