| Sumario: | This article describes a research Project belonging to a doctoral degree of Doctorado en Bibliotecología y Ciencia de la Información of the Facultad de Filosofía y Letras at Universidad de Buenos Aires. The study deals with the standard Resource Description and Access (RDA) implementation process in the Argentine libraries. The work enumerates a research object and problem, a state of the art, which stress RDA implementation stages and a situation of information organization at different places in the world when emerged RDA. It continues with the statement of the theoretical framework, the objectives, the method and the techniques to be applied in the research. It concludes with the formulation of the hypothesis and the main properties related to the unit of analysis on which the investigation will be developed. |
