In the field of didactics of geography in Argentina, the 1990’s educational reform is usually acknowledged as a reform that enabled the emergence of a critical space vis-à-vis a deeply rooted tradition dating back to the 1940s. In this work I introduce some results of a research intended to analyze the process of pedagogic recontextualization and its connections with the field of production in Geography during the process of curricular reform of the 1990s, with the purpose of understanding the structural tensions permeating the discipline curriculum.  La presentación de los contenidos con un valor de neutralidad, la naturalización de los procesos sociales, y la naturalización literal del espacio, son características de la enseñanza de las ciencias sociales que han sido puestas en cuestión en diversos países. En el campo de la didáctica de la geografía en la Argentina, la reforma educativa de 1990 suele reconocerse como aquella que inauguró espacios de crítica frente a una tradición fuertemente instalada desde la década de 1940. En este artículo presento algunos resultados de una investigación que tuvo por objetivo analizar el proceso de recontextualización pedagógica y su relación con el campo de producción en Geografía durante el proceso de reforma curricular de la década de 1990 con la finalidad de comprender las tensiones estructurales que atraviesan al currículum de la disciplina.  application/pdf https://revistascientificas.filo.uba.ar/index.php/iice/article/view/1445 10.34096/riice.n34.1445 spa Subsecretaría de publicaciones.
