description This paper offers an initial systematization of our teaching and research experience within the Intercultural Education Degree program at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional (Argentina), aimed at practicing teachers. We examine the contributions of anthropology to this program and explain its connection to the definition of the intercultural paradigm we embrace, which is grounded in the intersection of identity politics and a human rights framework. We seek to deepen teaching and research practices within the framework of this degree by analyzing their territoriality and engaging with the concerns of active teachers. This reflection enabled us to identify some of the key challenges and dilemmas related to diversity in educational environments. Finally, we reflect on our own research, outreach, knowledge transfer and public communication of science activities, adapting them to Argentina’s current national situation, highlighting some of the concerns central to our teaching-research practice.

Este trabajo presenta una primera sistematización de nuestra experiencia de docencia e investigación en el marco de la Licenciatura en Educación Intercultural en la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional (Argentina), destinada a docentes en ejercicio. Recorremos los aportes de la antropología a dicha formación y explicitamos su relación con la definición del paradigma intercultural que asumimos, inscripto en la intersección de las políticas de identidad y el marco de derechos humanos. Buscamos profundizar en las prácticas de enseñanza y de investigación en la licenciatura analizando su territorialidad y los diálogos con las preocupaciones de docentes en actividad. En ese análisis, logramos sistematizar algunos de los desafíos y dilemas del trabajo sobre la diversidad en ámbitos educativos. Por último, reconstruimos parcialmente nuestras actividades de investigación, extensión, transferencia y comunicación pública de la ciencia para pensarlas en la coyuntura nacional argentina actual; allí planteamos algunas preocupaciones que atraviesan particularmente a nuestro ejercicio docente-investigativo. Este artigo apresenta uma primeira sistematização de nossa experiência de ensino e pesquisa no âmbito do curso de Licenciatura em Educação Intercultural da Universidad Pedagógica Nacional (Argentina), destinado a professores em atividade. Revisamos as contribuições da antropologia para essa formação e explicamos sua relação com a definição do paradigma intercultural que assumimos, inscrito na interseção da política da identidade e do âmbito dos direitos humanos. Procuramos nos aprofundar nas práticas de ensino e pesquisa do curso, analisando a territorialidade dessa formação e os diálogos com as preocupações dos professores ativos. Nessa análise, conseguimos sistematizar alguns dos desafios e dilemas do trabalho com a diversidade em ambientes educacionais.
