These elements are systematically differentiated from the decorative groups that are part of ceramic component Casabindo, as-sociated to processes from Regional Development Period II until the Inka Period in Central Puna. Se desarrolla un análisis sobre la variabilidad de atributos decorativos en la cerámica tricolor proveniente de la Puna Central, se identificaron 6 grupos cerámicos que presentan variaciones cronológicas y en su distribución espacial. Se describen las variedades de cerámica con puntos blancos y con vírgulas que forman parte del compo-nente cerámico Isla, con el Tipo Peñas Coloradas; asociados a procesos del Periodo de Desarrollos Regionales I (PDRI) en la Quebrada de Humahuaca.
