The analyzed background shows that there is neither an increase in the Chilean wheat export capacity nor a risk of local stock-outs during the existence of the board. All of the above while the agricultural productive capacity does not show significant improvements. Los antecedentes examinados muestran que durante la existencia de la Junta no se observa ni un incremento de la capacidad exportadora triguera chilena ni riesgo de desabastecimiento local. Todo lo anterior mientras la capacidad productiva agrícola no exhibe mejorías significativas.
