Sumario:This work aims to reconstruct the legal education in Constitutional States' legal systems. We will conclude that in those systems it is required, for at least, the training of "argumentative professionals" who recognize both formal structures of justification and substantive ones. Following this, the legal education model should combine "lectures" (in order to teach interpretative methods, ways of adjudication of norms and argumentative rules) and "case methods" (in order to expose the different substantive justification based on constitutional norms).
