This work does not deal with the material normative contents incorporated by the 1994 Reform, but its value, as a legal-political fact, for the historical-constitutional dogmatic compared in the framework of the Constitutional Theory. From this perspective, two relevant notes are noted that in this work we are going to occupy: 1.- exercise of a genuine constituent power; 2.- restoration of legal-constitutional continuity in Argentina. The 1994 Constitutional Reform was an expression of a legitimate national constituent power and came to restore in Argentina the legal-constitutional continuity several times interrupted during the 20th century. Este trabajo no se ocupa de los contenidos normativos materiales incorporados por la Reforma del 94, sino de su valor, como hecho jurídico-político, para la dogmática histórico-constitucional comparada en el marco de la Teoría Constitucional. Desde esta mirada se advierten dos notas relevantes que en este trabajo nos vamos a ocupar: 1.- ejercicio de un genuino poder constituyente; 2. restauración de la continuidad jurídico-constitucional en Argentina.
