description In a century where technological advances are unstoppable, added to the use of artificial intelligence as added value and conceived as a result of the capacity and wisdom of man put at the service of a better world, it is of interest and necessary to address the proposed topic vith aims to prevent a positive technical event from ending up being detrimental to society, as long as it may cause non repairable damage. The field of air navigation has not been left out or exempt from legislative orphanhood when it comes to referring to the activity of drones or unmanned vehicles. The work outlines and delineates in the form of questions numerous legal challenges that will require an interdisciplinary open-mindedness on the part of jurists. These should try to emulate the fathers of aviation law, since drones represent an innovative era of aviation. Moreover, several paradigms are shifting and the innovation is being reflected, incipiently, in international and regional public order and local law. Basically, we are in an instance where the phrase of the renowned American businessman Scott Bresky, included in 2010 among the hundred most creative people in business, could well be applied to the subject matter: ?It is not about having ideas, but about making these come true?. Although probably before achieving an adequate legislation, it will be the jurisprudence that will be marking a path that will be made by walking

Buenos Aires, Argentina Jurisdiccion internacional Argentina Castro Jozami, Judith T. 2024 En un siglo donde los avances tecnológicos resultan irrefrenables, sumado a la utilización de la inteligencia artificial como valor agregado y concebido como fruto de la capacidad y sabiduría del hombre puesta al servicio de un mundo mejor, resulta de interés y necesario abordar la temática propuesta con miras a evitar que un hecho técnico positivo termine resultando perjudicial para la sociedad, en tanto pueda devengar un daño no reparable. El ámbito de la aeronavegación no se ha quedado al margen ni exento de una orfandad legislativa a la hora de referirse a la actividad de los drones o vehículos no tripulados. El trabajo plasma y delinea en forma de interrogantes numerosos desafíos jurídicos que requerirán de una apertura mental interdisciplinaria por parte de los juristas. Estos deberán procurar emular a los padres del derecho aeronáutico, pues los drones representan una innovadora era de la aviación. Por otra parte, varios paradigmas están cambiando y la innovación está siendo reflejada, incipientemente, en el orden público internacional y regional y en los derechos locales. Básicamente, ante el tema tratado, estamos en una instancia en la que bien podría aplicarse la frase del reconocido empresario estadounidense Scott Bresky, incluido en el 2010 entre las cien personas más creativas en los negocios: "No se trata de tener ideas, sino de hacer que estas se vuelvan realidad".
