Sumario:In a century where technological advances are unstoppable, added to the use of artificial intelligence as added value and conceived as a result of the capacity and wisdom of man put at the service of a better world, it is of interest and necessary to address the proposed topic vith aims to prevent a positive technical event from ending up being detrimental to society, as long as it may cause non repairable damage. The field of air navigation has not been left out or exempt from legislative orphanhood when it comes to referring to the activity of drones or unmanned vehicles. The work outlines and delineates in the form of questions numerous legal challenges that will require an interdisciplinary open-mindedness on the part of jurists. These should try to emulate the fathers of aviation law, since drones represent an innovative era of aviation. Moreover, several paradigms are shifting and the innovation is being reflected, incipiently, in international and regional public order and local law. Basically, we are in an instance where the phrase of the renowned American businessman Scott Bresky, included in 2010 among the hundred most creative people in business, could well be applied to the subject matter: ?It is not about having ideas, but about making these come true?.
