It is based on the hypothesis that this vehicle can be used to revisit several events in the country’s military history. The work is structured around three parts: the first examines how it arrived in Colombia; then, how it was used doctrinally; and finally, how the Stuart fell into disuse. It was developed through an inductive and qualitative exercise based on a review of primary and secondary sources, such as books, interviews, newspapers, decrees, private and official memoirs, archival sources, photographic and video material, manuals, military regulations, and institutional publications.
