Sumario:This article is a balance that reviews the contributions, from different disciplines, to the knowledge about women and sexual diversity union ́s participation based on the intersections between gender, work and history in recent Argentina, with emphasis on the analysis of experiences and forms of union organization and its representation. The triggering questions that guide this work are: Which have been the main research agenda topics on gender, class and unionism in Argentina in the last 4 decades? Which are theoretical-methodological perspectives that discuss these topics? What aspects predominated in the reviewed studies and what new agendas can be proposed?
