To this end, we analyze the actions carried out by Las Mariposas A.U.Ge., a contemporary artistic collective, and establish connections with the human rights movements of the late 1970s and 1980s, particularly two actions organized by the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo. With no way to restore the lives of the disappeared, and with no certainty regarding their fate, artistic interventions emerge at the intersection of mourning and political denunciation, offering a powerful means of remembrance and resistance. En el siguiente trabajo nos aproximamos a las matrices de representación de les desaparecides utilizadas en las intervenciones artísticas de lucha por los derechos humanos: el uso de los carteles, las rondas y las siluetas. Para ello analizaremos las acciones de Las Mariposas A.U.Ge., colectivo artístico actual, y buscaremos tender lazos con las acciones de los movimientos de derechos humanos de la década de finales del ‘70 y ‘80, particularmente en dos acciones organizadas por Madres de Plaza de Mayo.  Ante la imposibilidad de recomponer las vidas de les desaparecides, sin la certeza de su vida ni su muerte, se potencia la realización de acciones creativas entre el duelo y la denuncia.
