Its methodological development was grounded in the qualitative approach, centered on action research, taking as reference a Higher Education institution in the City of Cordoba (Argentina). The diagnosis revealed issues related to congruence, integration, and didactics aspects. The action plan and its implementation facilitated a cooperative participation among students, teachers, and directors in the planning and execution of twelve curricular innovations with an impact on institutional strengthening. The assessment showed positive results due to the improvement in learning outcomes, thanks to the provision of infrastructure and technological equipment to facilitate the articulation between theory and practice. La presente investigación, en una perspectiva participativa, reflexiva y constructiva, se enfocó en la evaluación y el desarrollo de propuestas transformativas de las Prácticas Profesionales (I, II y III) de la carrera de Enfermería, considerando la importancia de estos espacios curriculares en la formación de los futuros enfermeros. Su desarrollo metodológico se sustentó en el enfoque cualitativo, centrado en la investigación acción y ha tomado como caso una institución de Nivel Superior de la Ciudad de Córdoba (Argentina). El diagnóstico dio cuenta de problemáticas de congruencia, integración y aspectos didácticos. El plan de acción y su implementación permitieron el logro de la participación cooperativa de estudiantes, docentes y directivos en la planificación e implementación de doce innovaciones curriculares con impacto en el fortalecimiento institucional. La evaluación resultó muy positiva por la mejora en los aprendizajes a partir de la dotación de infraestructura y equipamiento tecnológico para la articulación de teoría y práctica.
