From his contributions, in this article, the fundamental role of hope will be highlighted as an intrinsic dynamism of the pedagogical relationship, which is revealed as a reciprocal birth of educator and learner, in a progressive awakening to intersubjective fullness.   El filósofo y dramaturgo Gabriel Marcel reflexiona sobre la esperanza como fruto de una experiencia de comunión interpersonal que abre al hombre renovados horizontes de sentido. A partir de sus aportes, en este artículo, se pondrá de manifiesto el rol fundamental de la esperanza como dinamismo intrínseco de la relación pedagógica, la cual se revela como recíproco alumbramiento de educador y educando, en un progresivo despertar a la plenitud intersubjetiva.
