La rescisión unilateral del contrato de agencia es de ningún valor en el concurso preventivo si se funda en cláusulas de extinción contractual como consecuencia del concurso preventivo de una de las partes .El agente para conceder quitas o espera o consentir acuerdos desistimientos o avenimientos concursales, debe tener facultades expresas de carácter especial, en las que conste en forma específica el monto de la quita o el plazo de espera.
