In the context of a growth of protests in the country, I focus on the union's interaction with the national government, joint mobilizations with other union organizations and the construction of an organizational narrative of its own. I argue that the growth of the protagonism of the union's deputy secretary, Pablo Moyano, was a key factor in the elaboration of an organizational narrative, which developed from his participation in the process of mobilizations. I use a qualitative methodological strategy, specifically ethnographic, which combines techniques of participant observation and in-depth interviews with the collection and analysis of secondary materials of different tenor. En este artículo analizo las movilizaciones sindicales que tuvieron lugar durante la presidencia de Mauricio Macri (2015-2019), con un enfoque específico en el accionar del Sindicato de Camioneros a partir de 2017. En el contexto de un crecimiento de las protestas en el país, me centro en la interacción del sindicato con el gobierno nacional, las movilizaciones conjuntas con otras organizaciones sindicales y la construcción de una narrativa organizacional propia. Sostengo que el crecimiento del protagonismo del secretario adjunto del sindicato, Pablo Moyano, fue un factor clave en la elaboración de una narrativa organizacional que se desarrolló a partir de su participación en el proceso de movilizaciones. Utilizo una estrategia metodológica cualitativa, específicamente etnográfica, que combina técnicas de observación participante y entrevistas en profundidad con la recopilación y análisis de materiales secundarios de distinto tenor Centro de Estudio Sociales.
