En esta se estudian las violencias de género, específicamente, las violencias contra las mujeres. El argumento que guía la tesis sostiene que, el incumplimiento de la cuota alimentaria por parte de progenitores es una forma de ejercer violencia económica y de género hacia las mujeres que crían solas. Frente a esta violencia, las mismas desarrollan diversas estrategias en su vida cotidiana, vinculadas tanto a garantizar y sostener la crianza y cuidado de sus hijes como a las posibilidades de desarrollo personal, laboral y profesional propias. Partimos de analizar los relatos de mujeres madres que se encuentran separadas del progenitor de sus hijes. La investigación se desarrolló en base a una metodología cualitativa que posibilitó el conocimiento de las representaciones sociales de las mujeres así como las estrategias cotidianas desarrolladas por ellas. El trabajo de campo se desarrolló entre los años 2021 y 2022 y, en ese marco, se llevaron adelante entrevistas semiestructuradas y el análisis de fuentes secundarias. This investigation is framed inside the field of the feminist gender studies. In this, gender violence is studied, specially, violence against women. The argument that guides this thesis affirms that the non-compliance of the food quota from fathers, it is a form of applying economic and gender violence towards women that bring up children alone. Facing this violence, women develop different strategies in their daily life, linked both to guaranteeing and sustaining the upbringing of their children and to the possibility of personal, working and professional development. We started analyzing the stories of women mothers that are separated from the Children's fathers. The investigation was developed in based on a qualitative methodology which enabled not only the knowledge of the women social representations, but also the daily strategies developed by them.
