Para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto se analizaron informes de organismos internacionales, trabajos académicos e información brindada por el Tribunal Supremo Electoral Nacional de Bolivia y el Órgano Electoral Plurinacional de este país. Este trabajo demuestra que la participación electoral transnacional de la población boliviana se constituye en gran medida gracias a la ampliación de los derechos políticos de la emigración en el país de origen. En este sentido, se advierte un cambio de perspectiva del Estado boliviano a partir de la gestión del MAS-IPSP como actor fundamental en el proceso de creación y fortalecimiento de lazos políticos transnacionales. Asimismo, el efectivo ejercicio del voto en el exterior de la población boliviana residente en la Argentina se profundizó por el creciente activismo político y por el compromiso del mencionado Estado receptor para promocionar y facilitar estas instancias electorales. This article research the electoral politc trasnational process of participation, of the Bolivian resident population in Argentina between the presidential election of 2009,2014,2019,2020, and the referendum of Bolivia in 2016 whit special attention to the contribution electoral capital of the Movimiento al Socialismo Instrumento Político de los Pueblos (MAS-IPSP). To the aims of reach, the goals of this research, were analysed reports of international organizations, academics papers, and information pro- vided by the Supreme Court Electoral national of Bolivia and the Plurinational Organism from this country. This paper proves that the translational electoral participation of the Bolivian people is largely due to the extension of the political rights of immigration of the country of origin. In this way, there is a change of perspective from the Bolivian State being the MAS- IPSP role as a fundamental actor in the process of creation and strengthening of transnational politics ties.
