Microwave spectrum and dipole moment of 1,2,3,4-tetra-fluorobenzene

The microwave spectrum of the ground state of 1,2,3,4-tetrafluorobenzene has been measured in the range 7 to 25 GHz. A possible structure of the molecule is discussed.
