Nonidentical twin bands in doubly odd [Formula Presented]
The doubly odd nucleus [Formula Presented] has been studied using the [Formula Presented] reaction at 63 MeV bombarding energy. A near yrast level scheme was constructed comprising 11 rotational bands. Among them, the [Formula Presented] staggered semidecoupled structure has been established up to [...

One of these shows a striking similarity in transition energies to the [Formula Presented] band in [Formula Presented] and hence this pair has been cataloged as twin bands. However, their extracted moments of inertia appear to be very different and therefore they cannot be considered identical bands in the usual sense. © 1999 The American Physical Society. 1999 https://bibliotecadigital.exactas.uba.ar/collection/paper/document/paper_05562813_v60_n4_p19_Levinton http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12110/paper_05562813_v60_n4_p19_Levinton |
